I recently visited Reliance Jewellery and had a pleasant shopping experience. The salespersons were incredibly patient and took the time to show me a wide variety of options without any frustration, even when I took my time to decide. I truly appreciated their professionalism and calm attitude throughout. However, I did feel they were quite pushy when it came to convincing me to sign up for their jewellery installment scheme. While I understand it's a part of their job, it made the experience a little overwhelming at times. Overall, though, their patience and service stood out, and I am happy with my purchase.
