I have been visiting Reliance Jewels outlet at the Axis Mall since long. However, when I went there yesterday I learned that the outlet was closed. I was so used to the outlet that I enquired about the nearest outlet and learned that it was at Baguiati. I went all the way there and was happy to receive the same warmth and etiquette from the salespeople... This time it was Ms. Minakshi.. In fact I came across the salesperson of the erstwhile outlet of Axis Mall and received the same gesture.. My experience with the Reliance Jewels has been pleasant all the while.. And this time also at a different outlet it was the same.. Kudos to the HR and management team..
