I'm updating my previous review based on a recent positive experience. Initially, I faced difficulties depositing my kitty at the Reliance Jewels Rajpur Road store. The staff seemed uninterested, and I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a follow-up. However, I'm pleased to say that Rohit, a kind and helpful representative, assisted me in depositing my kitty online. I wasn't aware that this option existed, as the previous representative, Ritika, didn't inform me about it. Thanks to Rohit's help, my issue was resolved efficiently. I appreciate his dedication to customer service. While my initial experience was disappointing, Rohit's assistance has improved my overall perception of Reliance Jewels. 4/5 stars."
